In order to continue providing the best scheduling opportunities for my clients I require a 24hr notice for all cancellations. Should you need to cancel before 24hrs I charge a 30% fee on services that were booked. This fee is due prior to re-booking. Thank you so much for respecting my time.

I do not offer refunds for hair services. If you are not satisfied with your hair results, I will be more than happy to make small adjustments within two weeks or less of your appointment. I provide even exchanges on purchased retail products, no refunds.
